Principal CIVIL Engineer

Eric has experience working with clients in both the private and public sectors. His project experience ranges from overseeing single-family residences, multi-family developments, mixed-use/retail, public works projects, and large 100+ acre commercial shopping centers. Stormwater design has been a focus, including low-impact development (LID) best management practices (BMPs), as well as water quality and flow control facilities. Eric also has experience with sanitary sewer and domestic/fire water design, pump stations, grading, and right-of-way improvement projects. His experience spans across many agencies and jurisdictions, having worked in the State of Washington and Arizona over the course of his career.
