Principal CIVIL Engineer

Jeff is a regional expert in water system design and drinking water treatment for water utilities in Western Washington. Jeff has worked both in private industry as a Project Engineer/Manager and for the Island County (Washington) Health Department and has presented treatment technology sessions and classes through local organizations and the State Department of Health sponsored trainings. Jeff has a strong background in chemistry, process optimization, and regulatory compliance at the county, state, and federal level. Jeff has provided a multitude of treatment system designs/installations that tailored the treatment strategy to the system’s unique water quality. Jeff’s primary focus is in water treatment design, capacity improvements, and planning services for water system facilities. Jeff also provides a broad range of civil engineering services, including water and sewer pump system design, water system approval, planning documents, capital improvement planning, waterline design, hydraulic analysis, pilot testing, and construction and commissioning support.
