Shoreline Public Access Plan: Stevenson, WA

Facet partnered with the City of Stevenson to develop a city-wide plan aimed at improving public shoreline access. As the project lead, Facet guided community engagement efforts, facilitated stakeholder coordination, and provided a structured framework for identifying and prioritizing improvements. The team conducted GIS-based analysis to assess site opportunities and constraints, developed a matrix evaluating factors such as permitting complexity, cost, and community support, and created a custom scoring methodology to rank projects. Conceptual alternatives and cost estimates were developed to support public outreach and decision-making, ensuring the resulting plan was both actionable and aligned with community needs.
