This project is one of the largest mass-timber projects in North America. It incorporates massive wood columns supporting timber trusses spanning 80ft and 100ft bays and glu-laminated crane rails designed to carry the multiple 10-ton cranes. The lateral system used a combination of tilt-up concrete panels and mass-timber panels.

Since 2011, Facet has held Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with the US Forest Service, the US National Park Service and the US Department of Interior to perform civil, structural, and marine/environmental engineering services for a variety of projects throughout the western United States.
