Janicki Industries B10

A 188,000 sf manufacturing plus office building.  This project is one of the largest mass-timber projects in North America.  It incorporates massive wood columns supporting timber trusses spanning 80ft and 100ft bays and glu-laminated crane rails designed to carry the multiple 10-ton cranes.  The lateral system used a combination of tilt-up concrete panels and mass-timber panels.  The 20,000sf office space utilized mass-timber floor and roof panels creating a warm, beautiful space.
