Langley Utility Improvements
The Langley Utility Improvement project has fourteen (14) subprojects with scope primarily focused on upgrading drinking water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure. The project also includes pavement replacement and restoration associated with these utility improvements as well as a new pedestrian pathway along 6th Street. Facet has led the design team through numerous phases of the project, including initial site investigations, contract document preparation, and permitting for the project, and will continue to support the City during project bidding and construction. Throughout this effort, extensive coordination with the City and property owners was required, as well as with permitting agencies at the local and federal level. Facet is preparing wetland mitigation plans in compliance with the approved Nationwide Permit 14 (US Army Corps of Engineers) as a result of minor impacts to adjacent wetlands.
